Painted Polish Tisneyland Quartet

Hello lovelies! I have a beautiful set of four limited edition polishes from Painted Polish that will be launching at The Indie Shop. The ‘Tisneyland Quartet’ is inspired by the tale of Cinderella and is made up of one glitter crelly, one creamy holo, one glitter topper, and one creme stamping polish. I love the inspiration for this set and I think each shade reflects it so well! Let's take a look..

Savannah Lacquer Springtime in Savannah Collection

Hello lovelies! I have the newest collection from Savannah Lacquer called Springtime in Savannah. It consists of six glitter crellies that capture the moodiness and emerging colors of Spring. I was pleasantly surprised by the uniqueness of this collection as a whole, and the inspiration was apparent in each shade. As far as the formulas go, they are all on the thin side so the glitters spread pretty effortlessly. Let's take a look..

Colores de Carol Nerd Alert (Polish Pick Up February 2018 Exclusive)

Hello friends! I'm back as promised with another Polish Pick Up shade for February. This is Colores de Carol Nerd Alert and as you can see, Carolina was inspired by rainbow nerds. As yes, I have been eating the nerds in the photo. I'm not much of a candy person, but I couldn't resist!

Colores de Carol Tiki Party Frenzy Collection

Aloha! I have five festive glitter toppers from Colores de Carol to share with you today! The two shades with smaller glitters were the easiest to apply, and the ones with larger glitters take a little more care in application. I really like the combo of colors and especially the micro holographic glitter that my camera struggled capturing. Let's take a look..

31DC2016 Day 17: Glitter Tips

I spent another day with the family so once again it's nighttime and I'm finally posting my 31 Day Challenge mani. The other two times I did this challenge I really went all out with the "glitter" prompt. This time there was no genius master plan. So instead of spending hours on another glitter placement mani with no clear direction, I went with simplicity. I luuuurve wearing nude nails and the touch of glitter added just a little glam.

ABC Challenge: G is for Glitter

I can't believe I'm posting this a whole day late! My schedule has not gone as planned this week because I have been beyond exhausted. Trying to get a baby sleeping in her own crib is no joke! So finally I have this week's ABC Challenge post ready to share, and I am super excited about this one. As a reminder if you haven't seen my previous Challenge posts, I am doing ASL alphabet poses for each letter. Today for the letter "G" I went with glitzy and glowing...

Pretty & Polished Express Yourself Swatches and Review

Hello my lovelies! How are you all this fine day? Today's post features a single polish, Express Yourself, from the upcoming Pretty & Polished Icon Collection Part I. I feel like I haven't had just one polish in a post in a very long time, it feels a little refreshing. I recently won this beauty and just had to share it with you!

Paint All The Nails Presents Pastel Geometric

Hello lovelies! Today is my favorite day of the month where I get to participate in the Paint All The Nails link-up! This month's theme is "pastel geometric". I love geometric nails, but I always have the hardest time photographing pastel nail art. My solution this time was a lot of contrasting black lines and that seemed to do the trick!

Pink Skittlette With UberChic

Great news guys! I have a new computer! A friend of ours built it for us, wasn't that so nice? Thanks dude (he's never going to read this)! Only thing is, I still need Photoshop installed, and an auxiliary camera card reader. So for now I will be showing you another post I've had saved up in my draft file. Why haven't I published it yet? Good question, I don't really know why. You can tell how long I've been hanging on to this though by looking at how GREEN the grass is in the background. All of my outside photos have white backgrounds now, haha.

Colores de Carol 2016 Valentine Collection

Hello my dears! Today I have a collection that I have SO been looking forward to sharing with you! This is the Colores de Carol 2016 Valentine Collection, comprising of four polishses. At first glance it looked similar to last year's collection. Then you get a glimpse Single Lady, an unexpected sea foam green holo. The other outstanding difference to me is the inclusion of an oh-so-squishy pink creme/jelly. There's more, but I'll get to that in a moment.

Nail Polish Christmas Ornaments

Today I have a fun post that I am excited to share with you! I have been having way too much fun making these nail polish ornaments! I've had a few fails but I am starting to get the hang of it. I've seen a few people make these and was interested but wasn't quite motivated until I saw this post by Nails Always Polished. Her ornaments looked so good because of the decorations she added to the outside of the ornaments. That was my original intent in starting these but I've still been too afraid to mess up any of my pretty ones.

These are my neighbor and family gifts that I'm giving out this year. I gave away a few before I took any photos but I still have some good ones here to share. They still smell like nail polish, but hopefully that will fade away soon!

Glitzy Rainbow Gradient With Polish Pusher

Hola Amigas!
How are you all this fine Monday? Most everyone in my household is sick right now. So what better time to post this bright and sparkly rainbow mani? I did this about three weeks ago, it's about time I share it!

Guest Post by Serenity Nails

Happy Friday! In my last post I mentioned that I would be featuring some upcoming guest posts. I am so happy to present my first from Christine of Serenity Nails! Christine is a talented blogger who I aspire to match in her photography skills and her writing (you should know by now- my least favorite part!). I'll let her introduce herself, and you can see what I mean:

Hi lovelies!
I am so excited to be here on Emily’s blog today to share a little bit of something with you. But first, of course, let me introduce myself. I am Christine and I run a little blog out of Australia called Serenity Nails. Because I was completely unorganized I am sharing a simple swatch of a polish I picked up recently and some easy stamping I did with it. If you know me, you might know I’ve been on a little Emily de Molly kick lately. Emily de Molly is based out of Australia and produces stunning selections each month! First off I have swatches of the polish that stars in this mani. This is called The Glaring and was released back in September.

By Dany Vianna Swatches

Hello lovelies! Today I have four gorgeous glitter polishes to share with you. These are made by the talented Dany Vianna and I loved every single one!  The packaging is super cute too, which is always a fun bonus. Each polish applied easily and evenly with a good spread in just one coat. They are each in a clear base and I have them shown over opaque polishes. Let's take a look!

One Last Summer Fling

I know that Summer is over and we are now well into Autumn, THANK GOODNESS. This has been a long and torturous Summer for me in the heat with my fat pregnant body. Still I wanted to post this bright and juicy mani because, well, it was already in my draft folder.
