Happy New Year, Welcome 2019!

Happy New Year my lovely Society Sisters! I am so ready to start things over with a fresh new year. How about you? I was looking at my New Year's post from 2016 (here) and had to laugh at my goal setting. This year I'm feeling inspired to make bigger and better goals for myself. Resolutions sound a little too.. resolute.. and rigid for me right now. Goals seem to be a little more flexible and forgiving. Maybe that's just me.

Hello! Are you all ready for Christmas? I sure hope I am because I really need to rest and get healthy so I can enjoy the holiday! I have the Colores de Carol Winter Quad for you, consisting of four tri-thermal shades with ultra chameleon chrome flakes and aurora shimmer. These were my first tri-thermals I've even tried and was impressed by how distinctive each shade was in transition. The formulas were consistently smooth and easy to apply too. Let's take a look..

Hello friends! I have eight new shades from Emily de Molly to share. Once again Hayley did what she does best- created some unique and unexpected shades that you've never seen before. The formulas are always great and I didn't have any application issues. Two of these shades are magnetic though and for me they were very subtle in the magnetic effect. Hello my peeps! I have another Polish Pick Up shade to share today! I mentioned yesterday that April's theme is "Across the Universe: Planets and Galaxies" and Hayley of Emily de Molly was inspired by the above photo from Battlestar Galactica. This is a thermal polish so I have a gazillion photos showing it off!

Colores de Carol Spring 2018 Collection (Thermals)

Holy cow, do I have a photo heavy post for you! Although there are only six polishes in the Colores de Carol Spring 2018 collection, I included MANY photos for each shade. They are all thermals so I wanted to capture the shift of colors from warm to cool, with a transition in between. I am totally captivated by this collection! The formulas were all great and each shade has a unique mixture of glitters, shimmers, and flakies. I also love how this brings be back to my childhood as I see the shades reminiscent of Hypercolor tshirts (never owned one, always wanted to).
