Helllllo! I was hoping to get this post up yesterday but my morning was spent getting pictures taken of my crazy cute baby, and then the rest of the day I had an awful headache. So I am doing my best to focus before another one hits. February's Polish Pickup has a most interesting theme this month, "Famous Duos". It's interesting because it can be interpreting in a number of ways. A maker can choose a famous duo and represent it in one polish. Or they can make two polishes, one for each of the pair, and offer one at the PPU website and one at their own. OR they can team up with another maker and tackle the duo together. Clear as mud? Good! Let's get to it..

They have teamed up again with Crayola to create a twelve piece collection in their Insta-Dri line that is right on this current metallic trend. The formula is smooth, streak-free, and covers in one coat! Added bonus for you nail art lovers is that they stamp too! Hello my lovely Society Sisters! How are you all enjoying the January weather? Yesterday we got about five minutes of sunshine in between the snow and dark cloud cover. I have only had limited experience with this brand and was very pleased with the consistent good formulas and beautiful color palette. Hello ladies! Today my older kids are back at school, so now I feel like I'm back in the swing of things. I am much more comfortable when everyone's on a schedule (vacations are kind of stressful!), and thankfully they both enjoy school. Today I have two totally stunning limited edition polishes from Girly Bits. Pam is consistently creating beautiful shades but I am especially loving these! I love that she's started off the year with what I am considering two staple colors that are still very unique in their own right. Let's take a look..

Happy New Year, Welcome 2019!

Happy New Year my lovely Society Sisters! I am so ready to start things over with a fresh new year. How about you? I was looking at my New Year's post from 2016 (here) and had to laugh at my goal setting. This year I'm feeling inspired to make bigger and better goals for myself. Resolutions sound a little too.. resolute.. and rigid for me right now. Goals seem to be a little more flexible and forgiving. Maybe that's just me.
