There really was no hesitation about buying these. I mean.. just look! The formulas were all on the sheerer side, to really let that shimmer shine through. They all applied very smoothly and consistently with no issues. Let's take a look..

KBShimmer Seas the Day Collection

Who else is in the neon-all-the-things mode? Bright colors make my heart happy! KBShimmer has created seven beautifully toned bleached neon cremes and three bright multichrome flakie toppers in this vacation-ready collection. Of course the last time I went somewhere tropical was about 15 years ago, but I can dream! Now neon shades are notoriously tricky so these don't self level magically as most KBShimmer cremes do. I took some care and some time to do three thin layers with most of them. But maybe with a different application style you could do two. I am willing to put in a little more effort with these because the colors are just so dreamy. Let's take a look..

Hello lovelies! Who is ready for some seriously bright Summer polishes?! I have for you the Glisten & Glow Summer Livin' collection which consists of five blinding neon shades that are eye-catching when worn alone, and also work great for nail art! I've photographed each shade with both Glisten & Glow Top Coat (glossy) and their Matte Top Coat. These shades were applied over plain base coat, no white undies are required to make them appear this vibrant.

Hello friends! I'm back as promised with another Polish Pick Up shade for February. This is Colores de Carol Nerd Alert and as you can see, Carolina was inspired by rainbow nerds. As yes, I have been eating the nerds in the photo. I'm not much of a candy person, but I couldn't resist! 

Turtle Tootsie Polishes The Jailbird Collection

Yes! It's that time once again.. We are entering neon season and I am so ready! Indie brand Turtle Tootsie Polishes has created a bright summery collection consisting of six holographic neons, one glitter crelly, and one holographic glitter topper. The Jailbird Collection theme and individual polish names are just as playful as the colors. It reminds me of these Valentine's Day printables I created a couple years back that are on a similar vein. The neon formula was slightly thick but self leveled well. As is typical of neons they all dry down to a dull finish, so I've applied a  glossy top coat to each one.

Hello my nail polish people! Today's post is a long time coming. I have swatches of the twelve piece China Glaze Lite Brites Summer 2016 Collection to show you. I don't think I've ever done a post this big before, so it took me a while to complete. But boy, have I been dying to share these! If you haven't fallen in love with this collection yet, I will try to convince you now. I almost never buy entire collections from any brand. When I saw Smacker Lacquer's photos of the Lite Brites I was so impressed that I just went for it. No regrets, they are all as fabulous as I had hoped for. There's not a single one I don't like, and plenty that I love.

Hey lovely ladies! I have a fantastic new Summer collection from Colores de Carol that I am so excited to share with you! The Beach Boys Live Collection is full of super bright, bold, and happy neons. These are honestly so bright I think my eyes might be temporarily blinded from editing all these photos.
