As soon as I first saw her post this adorable neon polka dot design I saved in my "to-try" folder, and when the opportunity came to do a swap with her I immediately knew I would choose this one!

March 2016 Magic 8 Box: 80's Love Songs

I've been wanting to share this post for the last couple of weeks but I've had trouble finishing it because I have been so sleep deprived. I feel half brain dead right now so please forgive me for any missteaks. First things first, I want to let you know this box is no longer available. Sorry! But since I went to the effort of purchasing the box and trying them all out, I wanted to show you the polishes and let you know what I thought of them. 

G.N.O.M.E. Box January 2016

Hey there! I have some gorgeous polishes to show you that I just acquired a few days ago. These three polishes are part of January's G.N.O.M.E. (Glitter Nerds Of Magical Existence) Box. I had never heard of this box before, I had gnome idea it existed. Apparently it is a regular collaboration with the makers Stardust Polish and Rica. I got turned onto this box because of the guest collaborator this month, Philly Loves Lacquer. The PLL polish was too stunning not to notice! I've tried the brand before and was pretty sure it would be a win (I swatched her Spring collection last year). I have been wanting to try more indie brands this year and I thought this would be a great chance to check out a couple more. These don't officially go on sale until Friday the 15th, but they had a kind of pre-sale on Saturday and I bought mine then. I was super impressed that they arrived in the mail two days later!

Philly Loves Lacquer Springtime in Philly Collection

Ladies and gentlemen, are you all ready for some gushing? I have for you today the Philly Loves Lacquer Springtime in Philly Collection. Why am I so excited about this collection? Well Esther, creator of PLL has made some really original, unique, and gorgeous shades that are just perfect for spring in a not-so-expected way. This was my first time trying PLL polishes and wasn't sure what to expect. Let me tell you, I was impressed by all of these.

The Springtime in Philly Collection is comprised of seven polishes with a variety of finishes including five pastel micro glitters, one chrome micro glitter, and one flakie top coat. Each one, excluding the flakie top coat, is designed to be worn on its own.
