Zoya Sensual Collection Fall 2019

Hello lovelies! I have the amazing Zoya Sensual Fall collection to show you and I only have good things to say about it! It may just be my favorite Zoya collection. While not every shade is totally unique and a must have, they all have really nice formulas and I truly liked each one. There are a few stand out shades that I am really loving though. Hello lovely Society Sisters! I'll be playing catch up for the next couple weeks on some older swatches as I also show you some newer releases. I swatched these Picture Polish shades a couple months back and figured I should probably share them before I post the newest release! There was another collaboration shade that I didn't end up purchasing and a handful of new cremes that I bought after this order. So let's take a look at the five I have here..

Hellooooooo out there! It has been a hot minute since I've posted here! I am officially overwhelmed with life and blogging has taken a necessary back seat. Last month was my older daughter's eighth birthday and baptism for which my dad came to stay with us for a couple days. I spent a lot of time on the yard, the house, party planning, etc. Also last month my younger daughter FINALLY decided she was ready for potty training so that has been a big focus too. Lastly my fourteen month old has turned into a ball of energy that is demanding the majority of my focus. So although I have been stretched to my limits, life is good! I have SO many posts halfway complete that need to be posted. We'll see if I can be more on top of things..

BLUSH Lacquers In The Garden Cremes + Opposites Attract Shimmers + Wedding Duo

Hello lovely Society Sisters! I have a real photo heavy post for you today so you might want to grab a snack for this one. BLUSH Lacquers has created six garden inspired cremes (really they're creme/jellies in my book) and six coordinating shimmers that can be worn alone or paired with a creme. I've included photos of them as I just mentioned- alone and paired over a creme. A note about the creme/jelly shades: these formulas are usually a little finicky on the first coat so you need to make sure you don't overwork it. I also have the wedding duo which Victoria has created for her own wedding! So yay! Congrats to her :) Let's get to the swatches..

Colores de Carol Beach Neons

Hello lovelies! How are things? Waking up to an overcast sky has me feeling very happy! It's been ages since we've had any rain and I am so ready. Today's post features the new Colores de Carol Beach Neons collection which includes four pastel neon crellies and two colorful glitter toppers. The neon shades are very cute and sweet, and a nice alternative if you aren't into tradition neon shades. I usually expect to have a little trouble with application when using pastel shades and I definitely did with these. I tried applying in thin coats to build them up but still struggled to get them to even out. However if you use a different "hand" in application it may not be an issue for you. Let's take a look..
