Who else is in the neon-all-the-things mode? Bright colors make my heart happy! KBShimmer has created seven beautifully toned bleached neon cremes and three bright multichrome flakie toppers in this vacation-ready collection. Of course the last time I went somewhere tropical was about 15 years ago, but I can dream! Now neon shades are notoriously tricky so these don't self level magically as most KBShimmer cremes do. I took some care and some time to do three thin layers with most of them. But maybe with a different application style you could do two. I am willing to put in a little more effort with these because the colors are just so dreamy. Let's take a look..
