Hello my lovely Society Sisters! Once again you may have already seen my swatches of this collection on Instagram and I am finally getting it on my blog. I also have a giveaway there of this whole collection that ends tomorrow! China Glaze has teamed up with the new DR. SUESS' THE GRINCH movie and created eight holiday-worth limited edition shades. I found all the formulas to be easy to work with and there are a few real keepers here! Let's take a look..
Grinchworthy is a vivid light green with micro glitters and holo micro glitters. Who knew the green shade would end up being my favorite of the collection? It's so glowy and unique to anything I have. Shown is two coats plus top coat.
Resting Grinch Face is a red, green, blue, and gold glitter topper in a clear base. This can also be built up (apply it with a sponge) to be full coverage, but I prefer it as a topper. Shown is one one over white polish.
Who Wonder is a glowy intense fuchsia shimmer. This shade is so BRIGHT and totally my style. Shown is two coats plus top coat.
Merry Whatever is a full coverage gold and holo glitter polish. It will dry down a little textured so you want extra top coat. Shown is two coats plus top coat.
Deliciously Wicked is a light gray/blue frosty shimmer with holo glitters. I usually am very turned off with this type of finish but I actually thought it blended pretty well. Shown is two coats plus top coat.
Ho Ho No is a warm red with gold micro glitters. This is rich and warm and perfect for the holidays. Shown is two coats plus top coat.
Luke Warm Wishes is a sheer white iridescent pearl shimmer. There's nothing wrong with this shade, but it's pretty basic. Shown is three coats plus top coat.
You're A Mean One is a vampy wine base with glowy fine copper shimmer. Shimmer like this is what keeps me a nail polish addict! Shown is two coats plus top coat.
These polishes can be found where China Glaze is available- Ulta, Sally Beauty, Amazon, and participating drug stores. Grinch Worthy, Who Wonder, and You're A Mean One are my top picks. What are yours?
