Quatrefoil Skittlette

Happy Friday everyone! I have some more nail art for you today and I am in LOVE with this mani! This was my first time trying a quatrefoil design. Not feeling confident of trying it on my own, I followed  ChristabellNails youtube tutorial. There was definitely a learning curve, but I'm pretty proud of how it turned out.

Hello Everyone! I'm quite looking forward to 2015 with all its opportunities and surprises. I love the new year where you can start fresh once again. But why does the new year have to start with January? Honestly, it's one of the worst months. It's freezing, there's endless smog here, and the family gets sick without fail. butter LONDON All Hail the Queen

Hey everyone! I have a quick swatch today while I'm still working on my fun post for tomorrow. Today I have for you butter LONDON All Hail the Queen. It's a soft sandy beige with visible but delicate holographic particles. For my light skin tone it's a perfect goes-with-anything neutral and the formula is nice and smooth. This is two coats with topcoat. I had had my eye on this shade for some time (it's been around for a while). I am so glad I finally got my hands on one because I know I'm going to get some mileage out of it.

Confetti Water Marble

Hello lovelies! I'm still getting over the stomach flu right now (fun times!), so I won't be very long winded today. It's been a while since I've done a water marble and have been jonesing to do another one. Then I was entering into Mucking Fusser's Magnificent Milestone Giveaway and one of the entries was to post a water marble. Perfect timing!

Happy birthday to my favoritest recording artist of all time!! If you've followed Nail Polish Society for some time you may remember my two previous 'inspired by David Bowie songs manis'- my Let's Dance and Sound and Vision nails. For my birthday this past November I received the Bowie nail paraphernalia I'd been lusting after. I've been waiting for a special occasion to rock them. What could be more perfect than to help celebrate the British stud muffin's birthday?

Far From The Winter Blahs

Now that it's January and the holiday season is over, it's time for the mundane. Weeks and weeks of endless ennui. That's a typical winter for me anyway. But this mani with its gorgeous gray polish and detailed pattern suddenly brightens my days and lifts my spirits. Gray skies may depress me, but this Dance Legend Grey Britain does anything but.
